PhD Candidate, Environmental Planning
Welcome to my professional page! I am a PhD candidate in the College of Environmental Design at UC Berkeley. I use remote sensing, machine learning, geospatial analysis and hydrologic modeling to study the effect of landscape pattern on urban runoff generation and infiltration. I also work with a range of municipalities from different geographic and political settings to understand and develop solutions for natural and institutional barriers to restoring watershed functions in human altered environments.
When I’m not debugging my python code or developing GIS tools, I like to bike commute (is this a hobby? not sure), swim, read, snowboard, play with my cat Minnow, and go on rain walks.
