In my research, I explore the impact of urbanization – it’s footprint, processes, and spatial patterns – on runoff generation and land surface temperature. I use a variety of methods, ranging from theoretical/ scenario-based hydrological modeling, to remote sensing, to geospatial analysis. I completed a PhD at UC Berkeley in May 2021 with Professors Sally Thompson and Mathias Kondolf. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher and adjunct professor at Colorado School of Mines, working with Professor Terri Hogue.
